About Norma Colley

Norma Colley is an Industrial Psychologist with a masters degree in Organisational Psychology. Norma has extensive working experience in both public and private sectors in South Africa.
After heading up the HR department at Musica in the role of HR Executive, she started a private practice in 2002. This practice focuses on Career Guidance and Medico-Legal assessments.
Over the last few of years Norma has assisted numerous learners and adults in making the most appropriate career decisions.
